S.L. Dionne Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, LLC

S.L. Dionne Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance is a Nashua, New Hampshire hardscape and excavation outfit, and the jobs its customers describe are heavy ones: retaining walls, paver patios, granite steps, a yard cleared next to wetland. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.8 from 18 ratings. The written reviews date from 2016 to 2021, all on Angi. In an October 2017 review, a customer described excavation, pre-formed piers, retaining walls and a 20x20 paver patio, built by Shawn, Bob and Mike; when a problem arose afterward, the crew came back and fixed it. A November 2016 customer said the company handled excavation, hill leveling, a retaining wall and an added irrigation circle and finished the whole project in 7 days. A December 2017 customer with water coming into a finished basement said the crew excavated down to the base of the foundation, sealed a crack, and re-landscaped the disturbed front yard, exactly on schedule. In a July 2017 review, a Plaistow customer said Shawn and Bob installed a new paver walkway and replaced brick steps with granite, leaving the property clean and orderly with tools put away at the end of each day. Another December 2017 customer chose Shawn over other contractors for a very large excavation and landscaping job beside a wetland area that could not be disturbed, and said he brought in some help for top soil raking and prep for the hydro seed. The one complaint, from August 2017, is about lawn mowing: the customer said the crew tore up their new lawn in places, and that Shawn said he would repair the damage but never got back to them about when.
