Matt and Gabriel did a fantastic job. When Matt first looked at the project, we were planning to remove some old stumps. But with the current situation I was in, Matt had a plan to fix my whole property. We ended up removing and reseeding the entire front and backyard. We had 40 cu yds of loam laid and seeded this morning and could not be happier with the results! Matt took the time to rake up our old dirt to remove rocks (it was super rocky after a septic tank replacement), and after the loam was laid, he leveled out the whole yard. He did a great job cleaning up the path to the new dirt as well and made sure to seed the bit of grass that was torn up in the path. His pricing was very reasonable, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and we're super thrilled with how it turned out! *added new photos with day 12 grass growth
