Highly recommend S- TDW Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Services Epping, NH! Very responsive, great communication, timely, and their work itself is wonderful. It was shocking to see what was coming out of the air vents and dryer. We feel so much more comfortable in our home. After seeing what was in the vents, we will definitely be hiring them again in the future. Their pricing was very reasonable too. Do not hesitate, book them now!
Scheduled service and when the time window came and went, I called the office number and they said the technician was hung up on another job, but they would reschedule the next day. Next day no contact. Called around 1:30 they said they would check and call back. Didn’t hear from them so I called again around 3. Said they forgot to call but they would come by between 3-5. No contact. I called the office at 6pm and they said the tech left early that day and wouldn’t be available until the next week. Didn’t reschedule since communication was so poor, I didn’t want to risk any other issues.
We contacted S- TDW Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Services from New Hampshire after a significant downpour caused an unexpected leak. They made a same-day repair after promptly arriving and assessing the damage. The expert precisely rectified the issue after providing a comprehensive explanation. They ensured verified the roof was waterproof, restored any broken shingles, and sealed the area. The service was prompt, reasonably priced, and expert.
