Zach and Saba are outstanding! We used them recently when our hot water heater failed and Zach was able to get us back up and running in one day's time. The service was exceptional and everything was explained to us so we knew what our options were ahead of any work being done. I highly recommend Saba for any plumbing and heating needs!

Could not recommend Zach more! Called him in to replace a broken outdoor faucet with a frost-free faucet at my beach house in Salisbury, MA. Of course it wasn't as straight forward as it seemed and he was able to problem solve and still provide a watertight and aesthetically pleasing outdoor faucet despite the hurdles of working on a brick house that's been exposed to salt air for 50 years. He even took a look - per my request - at some of our old shutoff ball valves and main shutoff and gave me his honest opinion on if they needed replacement (and they did not!) which was a kind and comprehensive service. A small business owner, Zach is professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and his services! I hope we don't need to call him again, but if we do, I would feel confident having him service our plumbing needs in the future.

The day our hot water heater leaked all over the floor was the same day Zach came and replaced it. He has this great one-page comparison chart to summarize the different kinds of hot water systems so you can quickly make an informed decision -- because usually these things happen without warning. He even did a followup the next day, which was a Sunday. Zach is extremely knowledgable and very responsive. Supporting independent business people is a plus for all of us.

Zack did great work on the propane for our stove. He arrived at the scheduled time, evaluated what needed to be done, gave is a reasonable quote and completed the job. I'm doing so he cleaned up not only his workspace but vaccumed around the area leaving everything cleaner than it was before. Highly recommended.
