A recent Google reviewer said the company came out after a septic backup, drained and scoped the system, and that everything went back to normal. That customer suggested asking to be added to the company's mailing list to have a septic tank drained on a regular schedule. A 2026 Google reviewer said they got next-day service for an emergency issue. A 2024 Google reviewer described septic issues that took repeated visits from Leon and Kendall, and said Melissa found them a plumber who was able to find and install the new pump they needed. A 2022 reviewer on Angi wrote that Melissa called within 5 minutes of an inquiry on Angi and that the technicians were right on time. A 2021 reviewer on Angi said other companies refused to take on a broken sewer pipe and that Brian did the job. A 2022 Google reviewer said they had used Sam's Rooter Service for over 30 years.
