The homeowner hired the company to paint and repair siding, build a small porch, replace garage doors and gutters, and do masonry around a chimney, stone steps and foundation. Most of the painting was done. The rotted garage doors were painted rather than replaced, gutters went up only across the front of the house, none of the masonry happened, and screw ends were left sticking through the middle of the porch decking. That homeowner also wrote that they had handed over extra cash for claimed overages, and that nine weeks of calls, texts and emails drew a single brief reply. One account from five years ago is not a verdict on a business with 132 ratings behind it. It is, though, the only description anyone has written of what the work was like. If you call, ask for a written scope with dated milestones, tie payments to completed stages, and ask to walk a recent local job before you sign.
