Roof stains, cedar shingles and weathered outdoor furniture are among the things homeowners have hired Sea Breeze Soft Wash to clean. A South Chatham customer writing in April 2026 described soft washing of a house and shed, roofs, a mahogany porch and deck, latticework and teak furniture. They praised scheduling responsiveness and a fair price. A July 2026 Google customer described Jim power washing their home, decks, patios, porches, outdoor furniture and fencing, and promptly following up on questions.
The company describes itself as a Chatham exterior-cleaning business run by owner-operator Jim, also called James, Cordiero and serving Cape Cod. Its About page says he has worked in the industry for more than six years. Google shows a 5-star average from 128 ratings; Houzz shows 5 stars from seven.
Customers have described attention to the final details as well as the main wash. In a May 2026 review, one homeowner said Jim cleaned the roof and house, returned a second day to finish minor items and did extra work beyond their agreement. A homeowner writing in August 2025 described cleaning of a house, roof, dormers, balconies and large deck, along with a bluestone walkway and steps, stone wall, posts, furniture and an umbrella. In a June 2025 review, another customer said Jim cleaned part of the roof and a picnic table while soft washing the home, and took time to renail drooping shingles.
Communication and quotations also draw specific praise. A July 2025 Google customer said Jim visited on the promised day to survey the home, supplied a detailed quote with line items the next day, answered questions promptly and completed the job on the day he had said he would. A Houzz customer writing in April 2025 described a prompt return phone call about roof moss, a careful explanation of the cleaning process, a reasonable quote and a return within the week to perform the work. That customer was still looking forward to the results over the coming weeks.
Timing can require patience. A July 2025 Google reviewer praised the removal of rust stains from a vinyl lamppost and the appearance of shingles, gutters, decking, fencing, an outdoor shower and a shed, but warned that Jim was often backed up and that much of the work depended on the weather.
