A July 2026 Google reviewer described a deep clean that left the house looking practically new and said they had chosen Summers for regular cleaning. Another July customer said the company accommodated a last-minute request for the following day. Based in South Chatham, Summers says it began in 1988 as a small family-run venture. The company offers residential and office cleaning across Cape Cod, along with property management, pressure washing, deck care, and construction and repair services. It says a licensed construction supervisor is on staff. Google lists a five-star average from 26 ratings. Some customers describe relationships lasting many years. In January 2026, one reviewer said Summers had cared for their home since 1997, handled a range of tasks and communicated promptly. Another January reviewer described eight years of house cleaning, plus window cleaning and pressure washing of the deck and siding each spring; that customer praised the crews and said management kept them informed. In December 2025, an office customer described monthly cleaning and called the rates reasonable. Vacation-home customers also describe cleaning and help while they are away. A December 2025 reviewer said Summers cleaned two busy cottages in Provincetown and that guests had commented on their cleanliness. In July 2024, another rental-home customer praised Max, Sean and the crew for helping care for the home and guests, including the hot tub and finishing touches before guests arrived. The customer said living far away made that assistance valuable. Communication appears in accounts of both recurring visits and one-off cleanup. In December 2025, a customer thanked the team for cleaning a home after a bachelorette weekend and praised the communication. Another customer writing that month described more than 20 years of caretaking, cleaning and contracting services, with responses to calls, texts and emails when questions or service requests arose.
