A customer’s pool went from algae and copper problems to almost crystal clear after buying products and cleaning service from Seasons Pool and Patio. In that June 2026 Google review, the customer also praised Nick for explaining pool care in simple terms. The Wilbraham business handles pool service, equipment work and renovations, along with hot tub sales and installation. Its Google rating is 4.8 stars from 17 ratings, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. A June 2025 reviewer described buying a variable-speed pump, having it programmed in the store, and then receiving an on-site visit when it would not fit the existing plumbing. The customer said the team completed the connections promptly. A March 2024 reviewer described an easy purchase, delivery and installation of a hot tub bought the previous fall. They also praised continued help with water tests, product questions and a free hot tub care course. Pool renovation accounts include both praise and a substantial complaint. In September 2023, one customer described a complete in-ground pool renovation involving new pipes, reworked sand, a new liner and new equipment. That customer praised Moy’s field work and said Mike, Seth and the team answered their questions. Another September 2023 reviewer said their mother’s liner replacement left a noticeable divot in the deep end. They attributed it to the water tanker hose during filling and complained that Seasons and the water supplier blamed each other without correcting it. The reviewer also said coping was removed despite an assurance it would remain untouched, then reinstalled with uneven spacing, missing trim and a loose corner. After the family obtained replacement trim, the reviewer said Seasons quoted $150 per hour to install it and correct the coping. They wrote that they would not use the company again.
I want to give a direct shout out to Nick. Not only is he patient but he explains everything to you in simple terms, uses good analogies to make someone who's not in the industry understand what to do. He's been super helpful and I've literally learned everything I needed to from him! Thank you very much Nick! We also did purchase products from Seasons Pool and Patio as well as cleaning service and are very happy with results. Our pool went from 0 readings on water tests and lots of algae and copper to almost crystal clear at the time of this review.
Ordered a variable speed pump from them as they are one of the few in the area that participate in the Mass Save rebate program. They were very knowledgeable and programmed the unit for me right in the store. When I had some difficulty getting the new pump to fit into my existing plumbing, they promptly came out and did a great job completing the connections for me. Highly recommend!
I have had great experiences with Seasons Pool and Patio and their excellent staff. My wife and I purchased a hot tub through them last fall and everything about the process (purchase, delivery, installation) was easy and very well managed. The Seasons team also remained phenomenally supportive and accessible long after that sale was made. Their knowledgable and friendly staff members have always been great about answering questions, helping with water tests, and recommending products. Seasons even offered a free training course on hot tub care and maintenance that I found to be tremendously helpful and informative. It's nice (and rare) to find a business that is so committed to their customers. I'm very glad that we bought our tub through Seasons Pool and Patio and would recommend their services to anyone.
We had an in-ground pool that needed a complete renovation. New pipes, sand reworked, new liner, and all new equipment. Moy was absolutely amazing in the field and a pleasure to have around. Mike and Seth were always there when I reached out with any questions. The whole team was very knowledgeable and answered any and every question we had. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to purchase our hot tub soon.
My Mom (regretfully) hired Seasons Pool and Patio to replace the liner in her inground pool. The result is a brand new Merlin liner installed with a huge, very noticeable, divot on the deep end hopper where it slopes upward from the very bottom. The divot was created while the pool was filled with water from the 3 inch hose directed at this spot. And although the installers noticed the divot and realized it was due to the hose from the water tanker not using any kind of diverter to help spread out the water, they did nothing to stop and correct or fix the problem. The installer apparently tried to get the attention of the tank truck operator, but said he was on his cell phone, and wouldn’t respond. Really? So the installer called Mike back at the store and told him about the situation. Mike told us a few days later that he called the owner of the water tanker service while they were still filling the pool… but nothing came out of it and they never called my Mom or anyone else and never did anything about it! They continued to fill the pool with 4 more tanker trucks full of water. Did they think no one would notice? We noticed the problem the next day, after the pool was filled and the water had calmed down. We later went to the store to talk to Mike… but nothing came from it except a lot of finger pointing between Seasons and the water supplier. Meanwhile, my 87 year old mother is left with a new liner in her pool with a very noticeable divot in the deep end. My Mom (again, regretfully) paid them in full after assurances that the liner would not have a problem going forward…, they said it was just a minor aesthetics issue. Very poor response and result from these guys. Additionally, when he came to look at the pool and give a quote, Seth told us that the coping around the pool would not be touched. So we were quite surprised when all of it was removed during the removal of the old liner. Removal of the coping broke most of the plastic spacers separating and acting as finish trim pieces between the coping pieces. This was understandable due to the age of them, and would have been OK if they had talked to us about it and offered some options - which we told them we would have paid for. Instead, after the new liner was in place, they just went ahead and re-installed the coping without the plastic spacers/trim. They installed them in a very haphazard fashion with some large spaces between some and some actually touching each other such that a plastic trim would never fit. They installed the corner pieces crooked and although they were the only pieces of the coping that were supposed to be screwed down to the pool walls, one of the corner copings was left completely loose – not screwed down at all! They were ready to cut one of the coping pieces to make them all fit and my sister stopped them. It looked terrible, very poor workmanship! We had asked about getting new trim pieces and Seth told us "Unfortunately, with the age of the pool, finding those spacers would be incredibly difficult. They're not in stock at any of my vendors. It would also put the project on hold until spacers are found if they even could be." It took me less than 10 minutes online to find the trim pieces in stock at a very reasonable price – so we ordered them for my Mom. Very surprising given their “years of experience”. When we went to the store to talk to Mike about the installation of the coping. After giving us the same story of our “very old pool” and they did the best they could, he told us to let him know when we got the new trim pieces and they would “take care of it”. Later, when we told them the trim pieces were in, he sent us a quote for $150/hr to have them installed and the coping pieces installed and spaced correctly - as they should have been initially! Needless to say, we are very disappointed with Seasons Pool and Patio on Boston Rd and will not use them again. We had hoped for much better. They initially seemed like really nice guys!
