FixMyLiner is an Ellington pool-leak business that finds the hole in a pool liner and patches it, often from the bottom of the pool in scuba gear. It carries 5 stars from 202 Google ratings, and the company says on its website that it has been in business for 15 years. One customer had been told by local pool folks that a failing patch on the stairs meant a $7,000 liner. Ben repaired the failed patch, made another small repair and was there for about an hour, and that customer expects a few more years out of the current liner. A customer with an above-ground pool said he found at least 10 micro tears and made the liner last the one more year they wanted. One customer wrote that Ben jumped in with scuba gear, patched a dozen holes and took before and after photos of each hole. A customer losing 3 inches of water overnight called Ben's wife Kelly, and within a couple of hours Ben confirmed a time for that evening; within 10 minutes in the pool he found 2 leaks. A customer who had a hard-to-find leak in freezing water said Ben found the small hole, patched it and checked the whole liner. A 2026 customer with an aggressive leak said Ben, though on vacation, advised on where to look and a temporary fix until he could apply a permanent one. In a 2025 review, a customer said two pool companies could not find a leak; Ben sent one of his divers, Steve, who found 5 pin hole leaks in the deep end within 2 hours and patched them. In a 2024 review, a customer said Ben spent about an hour in the pool in his scuba gear removing shattered glass from a dropped snorkel mask and inspected the liner for damage.
Ben did a late season repair on my pool liner when other repair companies were closed for the year.
I cannot recommend FixMyLiner enough! We found FixMyLiner after noticing our above-ground pool was losing water. Kelly responded to my email almost immediately and was a pleasure to work with! Ben fit us into his schedule in less than a week, which we really appreciated. Ben did a thorough inspection, found the hole, and repaired it. He also gave us helpful suggestions for our pool and helped us with our steps, going above and beyond what we expected. The price was very reasonable, and it was a huge relief to have the problem solved. We had a great experience from start to finish. We'll definitely call Ben & Kelly again if we ever need anything in the future.
We had a significant leak in our pool. We looked for weeks and no luck. The pool water was freezing so it was harder to find and we wanted to close our pool up for the season. All I have to say is thank gosh for Ben. He found the small hole that we would have never saw and patched it. He also checked the whole liner to be sure there wasn't more. I highly recommend! Very friendly, professional, and knows what he is doing. Thank you!! No more headaches.
Ben was fantastic. he showed up when he said he would and was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Luckily, it was a hole in the liner and he was able to patch it. Highly recommend Ben! Thank you so much for everything!
Came out to our above ground pool and found at least 10 micro tears in our liner, we just wanted to get 1 more year out of this liner and he made it last!!! Was very thorough, professional and a great person to work with. Highly recommend d
