Six trees came down, some requiring a crane, in the job a July 2026 Google customer described. They said Send It Tree Service arrived on the booked date and left the site so clean that only the stumps showed where the trees had stood. The customer had started arranging the work the previous fall and said they would use the company again. Send It describes itself as a family-owned tree removal company based in Salem, serving Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Its website identifies Chris as owner-operator and Lysette as co-owner. Google showed a 5-star average from 21 ratings in August 2026. Older customers described work near houses and in difficult spaces. In April 2024, a homeowner said the team trimmed several large branches from a giant oak behind their home and fenced yard, in a difficult-to-access area. The reviewer also said several other companies could not do the job and that Send It's work exceeded their expectations. A December 2023 customer described three large sugar maples removed because of rot and their proximity to the house. Other companies had declined the work or stopped responding. That customer named Chris, praised his communication about what to expect, and said the trees were removed safely in a tight spot, with the yard left clean. Pruning appears in customers' accounts as well. A September 2024 reviewer described large maple trees pruned, overgrowth removed and a wooded property edge cleaned up in a day. A May 2022 Salem homeowner said Chris and the crew trimmed overgrown trees and removed two dead trees that could have damaged a neighbor's fence. In March 2026, a customer said Chris came on a Saturday to quote, matched an earlier price and started the work that same week. They described roots, wood, debris and brush cleared away. A May 2024 reviewer named Jarrett in an account of a spruce and birch removed from their backyard, praising both the quoted price and the completed work.
