If your a woman, don't use him! I emailed Ken through his site and sent a text message to him and included my boyfriend in the text chain, as we were closing on a house and wanted to make sure he was aware of what happened with the septic. I introduced my boyfriend in this text chain so Ken was aware. Ken proceeds to completely ignore me. Chooses to not respond in the group text but pick out my boyfriends number and call him directly. Ken proceeds to ONLY talk to my boyfriend through this entire process. Never once responded to my text or email. He only responded when I asked a follow up question in the group chat while I was at work, where Ken responded saying he was just at the house and looked at the septic. The ONLY time he talked to me was to tell me he was already there and done. THEN tells my boyfriend 'oh ya it's $250 for the quote'. What?! That was NEVER prefaced that the quote would cost anything. I mailed the guy his check because I didn't even want to deal with him anymore. I called someone else. I'm the customer that contacted you, NOT my boyfriend. The deliberate way Ken refused to interact with me was frustrating and unnecessary. I'm very disappointed that one of my first home experiences, I get a misogynist guy. Pick someone else (especially if your a woman)!!!
