That customer said he performed all of the work himself. In a 2025 review, a customer said Wayne Hawkins quickly diagnosed and fixed septic issues at their 30-year-old home. A 2024 customer said the company had done more than 10 jobs for them, most recently replacing their septic system. A 2023 customer wrote that Wayne and his team replaced a failing cesspool with a new septic system for a three-bedroom house in Coventry, RI. That 2023 customer said Wayne took care of the septic plans and permits for the town and DEM, and that the work was completed before Thanksgiving. In a 2023 review, a customer said Wayne sent Tom over the same day to pump their septic tank. A 2022 customer with an 80-year-old house said the cesspool lid had caved in; after a Thursday evening call, a truck was there Friday morning, and only a new lid was needed.
Wayne provided 10/10 service. He came promptly for an evaluation and estimate. He came inside, evaluated the piping and the landscape of the house. He took the time to develop a full septic remodel (rather than just re-do the current system with the addition of a pump that was previously recommended by another extremely costly company). He suggested additional landscape modifications. He performed all of the work himself. He was extremely responsive to calls and texts and accommodating to my needs. A true gentleman (brought my garbage cans in off the street) and great contractor. 10/10 recommend to any of my friends or family.

My experience with Hawkins Plumbing was more than great. I needed a plumber in a hurry so I called Hawkins. Wayne came immediately, fixed my problem and we will call Hawkins Plumbing for all our plumbing needs from now on. They are not only knowledgeable but courteous and professional. You will find their prices are more than reasonable. finding a plumber who is not going to try to sell you something you don't need at a price you can't afford is refreshing. My husband and I are senior citizens on a fixed budget. Trust me, they're worth it!
