On its website the company describes full-service septic work for homeowners and businesses across Southern Maine, from septic system and sewage pump replacement to sewer line and D-box replacement, and it lists a service area that includes South Portland, Portland, Gorham, Windham, Falmouth and Gray. On Angi it says its founder started in the industry in 1987. A recent customer had a failed pump and a crumbling wall in the pump station after a different company never came back with a quote. That customer said Septic Advisor solved the emergency in less than 24 hours and delivered a prompt, fair quote. A recent customer said Mike and his son were communicative, professional and fast. A 2026 customer who needed septic repair in Windham said they came right out and were clear about what was needed. In a 2024 review, a customer said Mike came out the same day after a pumping company noticed an issue, confirmed a big problem, and connected the customer with the state engineer who would draw up plans for the new system. A 2024 customer said a large, complex septic system took 2 weeks from first contact to final installation, including the permit and inspection.
