Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation. A recent Google customer who had a garage fire said the workers were professional and knowledgeable, and named DJ, Samantha, Andrew and Zack. For water damage from an ice dam, a recent Google customer said they arrived promptly, clearly explained the process, kept the customer informed and worked directly with the insurance company. A 2026 customer said DJ and his crew were professional and thorough. A 2025 customer said a crew came over a holiday weekend to help with a small cleanup in the basement. A 2025 customer said the treatment of their home took far longer than necessary, that a question about why went unanswered, and that it ended with an enormous invoice for a three-week process that should have been a week or less.
They did a great job when we had a garage fire. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. DJ, Samantha, Andrew and Zack were great as well as the others whose names I can't recall now. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we had a need (hopefully not) Thanks to all for a job well done!

Extended unnecessarily their "treatment" of our home and took far longer than necessary to do what could and should have been done immediately, even after I asked, without answer, why this was going the way it was. Of course this ended up with an enormous invoice for a three week process that should have been a week or less. Never really addressed these assertions; simply used the insurance company as a shield. Simply took advantage of my bad situation and milked more time out of this than they should have.
