- Radon system correction — a recent customer said Max corrected an exposed, unfinished installation
- Sump pump installation — a recent customer said Max installed one with stone for drainage
A radon system that wasn’t working properly turned into a bigger job. A recent Google customer said the old system had been left exposed and unfinished, and that Max corrected the installation by opening up the concrete, installing an enclosed and covered basin, and then repairing and leveling the concrete around it. That customer said Max also drilled down, added stone for drainage and installed a sump pump in the basement, then replaced the radon fan and made sure the system was working properly. Safe Home Radon Removal describes its work as radon mitigation systems custom-designed for the home and says it serves homeowners throughout Midcoast and Southern Maine. It has a 5-star Google rating from one rating. The customer who hired Max said the finished installation looks like it should have been done this way from the beginning and would recommend him without hesitation.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Max did for us. We originally contacted him because our radon system wasn’t working properly, but he ended up going well above and beyond simply replacing a part. Our old system had been left exposed and unfinished. Max corrected the installation by opening up the concrete, installing a proper enclosed and covered basin, and then repairing and leveling the concrete around it. He also helped improve the drainage in our basement by drilling down, adding stone for drainage, and installing a sump pump. On top of all of that, he replaced our radon fan and made sure the system was working properly. What impressed us most was the care Max took with the entire job. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem and leave — he looked at what was there, figured out what needed to be improved, and took the time to do it right. The finished installation is incredibly clean and professional and looks like it should have been done this way from the beginning. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile. We are extremely pleased with everything Max did and would recommend him without hesitation.
