Set Apart Cleaning holds 4.4 stars from 10 Google ratings, and its website says it serves Chittenden, Grand Isle and Franklin Counties and Plattsburgh, NY. A 2026 customer said Chelsea and her team had been cleaning their home since October, and valued Chelsea's unscented, natural cleaning products because their fiancée is sensitive to scents. A 2026 customer hired Set Apart for an initial deep clean and maintenance cleans every other week, and called the price reasonable. A 2025 customer said Chelsea checked in the day before her team was scheduled to clean, and that the team mopped the hard floors. A recent customer who booked a deep clean with Chelsea was disappointed: the throw rugs weren't picked up to vacuum underneath, nothing got dusted, and the oven and dishwasher door tops weren't cleaned. That customer said the clean took nine hours and was paid for before they got home.
Chelsea came to my house to do a deep clean. I was very extremely disappointed my throw rugs weren’t even picked up to be vacuumed underneath. Nothing got dusted. It looked like the floor floors have been vacuumed and My bathroom showers and vanity were cleaned. There was an empty toilet paper roll next to my waste basket near my toilet. There was a few cobwebs on my Light above my table so she didn’t even wipe that down. I always when cleaning my oven or dishwasher at least open the door and clean the door top which didn’t get done on either of those appliances.Very little got done for a deep clean that took nine hours and I had paid her before she left and before I got home. It literally was a quick swipe clean through. I was extremely disappointed.
Chelsea and her team are great. Super thorough and attentive, they treat your home like they would want their own homes treated.
Chelsea and her team have been cleaning our home since October and I highly recommend her. Chelsea is excellent at communicating and responds quickly. She readily accepts feedback and makes adjustments when needed. My fiancée is very sensitive to scents so we appreciate Chelsea's unscented/natural cleaning products. We value and trust Chelsea so highly that we have recommended her to our close friends.
Chelsea and her team were great, very thorough and easy to schedule with. I hired Set Apart for an initial deep clean and maintenance cleans every other week. Set Apart does great work at a reasonable price.
