My husband and I just closed yesterday on the sale of our condo in North Chelmsford. We can’t thank Shalmai enough for the work she put in to make our sale a success. We were referred to Shalmai by a close friend in the real estate business, when we said we were looking for a seasoned, honest and smart real estate agent to help sell our condo. Shalmai met with us at our home, and after the first meeting, we knew she was the agent we wanted to work with. She had a professional photographer come in and take photos, including interior, exterior and drone photos. He also put together a floor plan for the listing. Shalmai put together a beautiful and very detailed listing, and marketed our condo on various outlets. We held open houses the first weekend and had great traffic, which led to us accepting an offer. Unfortunately, that buyer unexpected lost their financing. Shalmai immediately set up showings the next weekend, and we had four great offers. That led to an offer that was even better than our initial one. Throughout the whole process, Shalmai was fantastic to work with. She was responsive whenever I had questions or concerns and I trusted her advice. We are so grateful for her work, and helping us move on to our next chapter and fulfill our dream of living by the ocean.
