Shattuck Paving

Shattuck Paving is a Milford, NH asphalt contractor that says it has served residential and commercial clients in New England since 1971 as a family-run company. Its BBB page is an A+ and shows it as accredited, and it holds 4.8 stars from 156 Google ratings. A recent Google customer said Shattuck did a full depth paving of their driveway, and that the teams kept them informed and double-checked exactly what had been agreed. A Reddit commenter said their job, excavating an existing gravel driveway and then adding a 6-inch gravel base and 3 inches of asphalt, was done in two days for 25k on a 5,000 sq ft driveway, with a quote about in the middle. A recent customer said Shattuck sealcoated their driveway and sealed its cracks. In a 2025 review, a customer said Shattuck paved their driveway in 1993, that the work lasted 32 years, and that they chose the company again to repave it. A 2023 customer who got four quotes said Shattuck was more expensive than the others but asked more about the job, including a new culvert and the grading. That 2023 customer said Brett suggested installing a pipe under the driveway to run water lines and power. A 2024 reviewer described crack repair, seal coating and restriping on a parking lot of about an acre at the Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua NH. A recent customer whose driveway was sealed reported overspray, mainly on their vehicle, and said the car is being cleaned by Shattuck. A 2025 customer said the crack sealing on their sealcoating job left a lot to be desired, and that when they questioned it, the company came back out and solved the issues. A 2021 customer who paid $21K said an area of the paving settled and Shattuck would fix it only at a reduced cost, then wrote that the company planned to wait for it to settle and contact them in the spring. A 2021 customer still waiting on a job said it had been rescheduled multiple times without notice and the company was tough to reach by phone. A 2022 reviewer said a driver of the work truck almost killed them on route 62 in Concord while they were riding a bicycle.
