Sheedy & Sons General Contractors

Sheedy and Sons is a general contractor based in Lakeville, Massachusetts, run by owner Chris Sheedy, who works on everything from full home builds and additions to kitchen and bathroom remodels, landscaping and hardscaping across Middleboro, Freetown, Foxboro and Easton in addition to Lakeville itself. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#132382) is active and registered to Christopher Sheedy, matching the business's owner. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+, though it is not a BBB Accredited Business; Houzz and the company's own site both point to the same lineup of work — home building, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, and landscape design. One thing worth asking about before booking: the company's own site describes over 27 years building in the area, while BBB's file dates the business to 2016 — about 10 years. Chris Sheedy's personal contracting career (stated as 25+ years) likely predates this particular business entity, so it's worth asking how long the current company itself has operated under its own name. For a straightforward home renovation, addition or landscaping project around Lakeville, this is a licensed, owner-run outfit — worth a direct conversation with Chris about recent, similarly sized jobs and current pricing before booking.
