A 2025 customer said they helped get the home energy audit and the rebates for attic and wall insulation, and also installed soffit vents and baffles to improve attic ventilation. A 2023 customer described blow-in insulation on the walls, closed cell on the rim joist and fiberglass on the unfinished basement ceiling. When that customer wanted 7 inches of closed cell, they countered that it was overkill and sent articles to explain why; the 2023 customer said the bill was identical to the quote. A 2024 customer said attic, basement and rim joist insulation was finished in less than 4 hours. A 2024 customer said the house was significantly warmer after the work. Scheduling is where things slipped. They were efficient and cleaned the space really well. The staff was helpful hard working and neat. I had an awesome experience.
The work was fine but the job was rescheduled a few times without notifying me as I was expecting the initial appt then had to call to confirm, at which point, they told me they couldn’t make it . I was on my 3rd rescheduled appt and told them to cancel my job if they couldn’t make this one, so they did. The guys that showed up were friendly and got the job done
10/10 would recommend this company based on their quality of work and effective communication specifically with John. John walked me through the whole process with the energy rebate and audit. John was straightforward and responsive. The contractors who removed my old insulation and blew in my new insulation were punctual, knowledgeable and kept my house very clean afterwards.
I had several quotes for our insulation of our whole house. Initially there was scheduling error -at scheduled time no one showed up. Then on a different time Dan showed up and was thorough about his recommendation and project and provided quote that was way under the other quotes we received. The workers showed up on time and were pleasant and professional, cleaned after themselves and kept us up to date on how they’re progressing. Would highly recommend them for insulation projects based on price and work they did. They worked with the rebate as well.
The crew appeared on time, were professional and completed the task. I had created an issue by Zelling to much money (oops, my mistake) which was promptly returned. I feel confident in highly recommending them!
