New England Performance Insulation is an insulation contractor with a 5-star average from 173 Google ratings and an A+ grade on its BBB page. The company's website says it serves homeowners, builders and general contractors from its Milford headquarters. One recent customer says Vernon came out to look at their crawlspace and explain the options, and that once the work was finished they were sent pictures and videos of the completed crawlspace. A customer who bid three companies for crawl space insulation says Vern's estimate was the middle bid and the job site was left clean as promised. Another job removed all the fiberglass from a bedroom and replaced it with open foam, and the same customer also had the entire roofline and an unfinished bonus room sprayed; that customer says the project was completed in one day less than projected, and that Vernon said at the start that NEPI was not the cheapest but provided the best value. The work is not only in houses. A customer with nine offices that lacked insulation in the exterior walls says they were insulated with blown-in insulation over two Saturdays. A customer installing closed-cell spray foam under a deck and on the basement joists calls the work neat and thorough. A 2024 customer said they used spray foam and had the crawl space floor encapsulated, and that afterward there was no more musty odor and the area was dry and clean. A 2026 customer said there was a slight miscommunication about where to leave the debris, resolved quickly and without issue.

I reached out to N.E. Performance Insulation when I discovered that I had 9 offices in my building that did not have insulation in the exterior walls above and below the windows. Carol in the office promptly scheduled a representative to come onsite and look at the offices. He provided me a quote in a few days which was very competitive with the other quotes that I received. They were very easy to work with through my company's contract process. Once the contract was in place, we coordinated with my tenant and got the office insulated with blown-in insulation in two Saturdays. They were minimally intrusive and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their workers were very easy to work with and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
