Shining Star Painting and Remodeling

Shining Star Painting and Remodeling says on its own site that it is owner-operated by Pablo and Edelyn Demorizi. The site lists painting, remodeling, cabinet refinishing, deck repair, flooring and tile among its services and states liability insurance and free estimates. A recent Google reviewer hired Shining Star to paint the entire interior of a four bedroom, two floor home and says the price was lower than any of the other quotes they received. That reviewer says Pablo responds to inquiries immediately and kept them updated on the progress of the project. In a 2026 review, a customer whose earlier painting by another company left scraped baseboards and broken balusters said Pablo started work the next day and his team finished within two days. That 2026 customer said they were very pleased with the painting job and staircase. In a 2025 review, a customer said Pablo and his crew took on a paint job at a new multi-family rental property that involved "taking out old wall papers stuck into old horse hair plaster," after other painters quoted ridiculous prices or said they don't work with wallpaper removal. That 2025 customer said Pablo met the deadline on a tight project. A 2025 reviewer who had kitchen and two bathroom cabinets painted with new hardware installed said Pablo met with them beforehand to explain his process and give a preliminary estimate. That 2025 reviewer said the kitchen and two bathrooms were masked off from the other rooms and ventilated as the work began, and that after the crew finished Pablo met with them to ask if anything needed attention. In a 2025 review, a customer on their third time using the company said they first had their kitchen cabinets refinished, then a downstairs revamp and painting that included new floors and repairing drywall in the bathroom. After a flood downstairs, that 2025 customer said Pablo and his team came in with new floors, replacing doors and revamping the downstairs shower. In a 2024 review, a customer said Shining Star did an exceptional job painting and plastering a client's condo to get the unit ready to list. In a 2023 review, a customer described an entire bathroom redone, including replacing a tub with a walk in shower, a new vanity, new flooring and recess lighting, along with popcorn ceiling removal in the bathroom and master bedroom. A 2023 customer who had their townhouse interior and kitchen cabinets painted said the cabinets looked amazing and cost a fraction of replacing them. A 2023 reviewer wrote that Pablo and his team did a great job on their deck.
