Desperately needed my washing machine repaired. The owner called me back within two hours of my leaving a message. He was very professional and patient to ask questions about the problem I was having with the machine. He stayed on the phone with me for at least 10 minutes and was able to help me without even a house call, saving me the expense of a service call or the purchase of a new washer. I’m sure very few problems can be solved over the phone, but how honest to give me his time on the phone vs. setting up a house call to charge an hourly rate. This business is worth working with!

My washing machine was smelling of burning rubber and having drainage issues. I thought it was a belt that needed replacing but I was wrong. Out of pure frustration I then called Siano’s Appliance Services and spoke to Danny about my concerns. Me and Danny set up a time that he could come take a peek at my washing machine while I was at work. Turns out I only needed the consult. He completely diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot and left me a note explaining what he did and why. Washer works great again! Danny does excellent work!! Thank You Again!!

I called and left a message with Dan based on the reviews I saw on Google. He called back almost immediately and was able to come in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem with our old refrigerator and had it fixed in back in service in under an hour. Great service at a great price. I normally don't leave reviews but I think Dan deserves one.

What a great Find! Our fridge was loosing it's cool. I wasn't sure what to do or who to call. I didn't want to call another service I'd used for our washer and dryer, and the "helpline" for Amana was friendly but totally useless. The national repair service my wife had used means a long wait and scheduling hassle, and very little confidence that the repair person will know what to do other than whatever training they would have gotten, which often means selling you a whole new unit and/or expensive service plan. It would be so much better if there was a local expert I could call upon to deal with this effectively. So glad I poked around a bit and found Danny. He's responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and very fair. Perfect. He's my go-to from now on with any appliance issues. I feel I can trust him to diagnose, fix, and advise with my interests as the highest priority. Highly recommended!

I contacted this company to repair my busted washing machine. After my initial call was returned, Danny explained that he didn't do much work in the area that I lived. We talked about the problem I was having, and I thanked him for returning my call when others had not. Only a few minutes later, Danny called me back and said he was going to be in the area on personal business anyway, and would I like him to check out my machine. I said I absolutely would, and couldn't believe his willingness to stop by. My machine was repaired a short time later, and the rate was completely reasonable. This company came out to an area they don't work in, and fixed my machine. On their own time. This type of exceptional customer service is not often come across. I highly recommend calling these folks for any repairs or maintenance your appliances may require. Very highly recommended.
