SID Painting

SID Painting is a West Hartford painting company run by Igli, and its Google page carries 4.8★ from 83 ratings. Customers describe him quoting the job himself and sending a painter or crew to do it. In a June 2026 review, a customer had walls, ceilings, trim, doors, windows and a fireplace painted, and said Stefan finished in the 3 days promised. Another June 2026 customer said the same team stayed on their ranch's exterior from start to finish and cleaned up as they went. An August 2026 customer selling a condo said the team got in next-day to remove wallpaper and repaint a bedroom and bathrooms, and completed it in just 2 days. In March 2026, a customer said that six months after the living room was painted the old paint showed through slightly, and the company honored its guarantee and repainted the ceiling. There are two complaints about details. A February 2026 customer gave 3★: Igli's team painted the entire interior in a week, but the customer was not happy with the details and had to have someone come back to finish a small spot. In a June 2025 review, a 4★ customer said the exterior staining and trim work was good but that paint chips scraped off during prep were dumped in a brush pile in the woods on their property; Igli apologized. The company also removes popcorn ceilings and wallpaper; a September 2025 customer had the popcorn ceiling taken out of their kitchen and family room before painting. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active with the state registry. The BBB grades it A+.
