Silver City Glass, Inc.

Silver City Glass, Inc. describes itself on its website as a commercial glass company: storefronts, smart glass installation, transaction windows and barrel vaults. The company says it has been in business 33 years, and its stated service area runs from Fall River and New Bedford to Brockton, Boston and Plymouth. A recent Google customer had two windows replaced at a new home, one vandalized before the purchase and one broken during the move-in. Silver City sent Luiz, who the customer said was respectful of the property, space and pets, and every sliver of glass was removed and cleaned. When Luiz took the windows out, he noticed one was not connected to the inner workings correctly and resolved it while re-installing the windows, at no additional charge. A recent customer had them put plexiglass in a camper screen door. A 2022 customer whose business had been broken into said they were there in less than 15 minutes to measure, and the glass was replaced in 30 minutes. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 125989, is expired on the state registry.
