Do not hire Jim. He shows up to give you a quote and presents as extremely friendly and professional. Once he gives you a quote, he then requests a deposit so that he can put you on the schedule. Once you give him the deposit, he cashes the check, and he is gone. We have been trying for over a year to get our deposit back with no success. We tried filing a suit in small claims court, but his business address isn't even accurate, so he can't be served with the paperwork! Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with Jim, move on to a reputable business.
