A July 2026 reviewer praised a careful assessment and neat, effective repair of a leaking slab above an apartment, and a May 2025 reviewer praised the estimator’s quick visit, an eight-day start, and communication. Reviews from 2023 also describe basement waterproofing and masonry cleaning or repair. For masonry or water-intrusion work, ask for the repair scope, written warranty, and the process for getting a return visit if the leak comes back. The recent positive account is encouraging; the older, specific complaints mean follow-up terms deserve as much attention as the initial price.
