A 2024 customer said garbage was left in the yard overnight and blew around the neighborhood, and that seven months later the roof leaked in the same spot, which a different professional said was never sealed properly. A 2026 customer suggested telling Skyway ahead of time whether the chimney flashing should be traditional or copper; in that job, they went back and changed the flashing.
