Mark Smith / Smith Septic is great; more than willing to explain things and help people understand better, never makes you feel like you're bothering him with questions or little requests. Rates are in line with, if not better than, other companies in the area. Very reachable.

I don't usually write reviews, but felt I needed to for the service that Smith Septic provided me. I called Smith Septic in a panic as my tenants had sewage backing up around 7pm into their bathroom and I assumed the septic was the cause. Smith spent some time on the phone with me going over what he thought could be going on and what options he could offer me. Then 1hr later, he allowed me to text him a picture of my septic tank, so he could tell me if he saw anything obvious. Low and behold he saw the problem and walked me through a quick fix which resolved the issue for me. Smith Septic did all this without even mentioning any payment and even declined when I said I wanted to pay him for his time. I can't praise enough the level of service that Smith Septic provided me in what could have been a nightmare night. I will definitely being using Smith Septic going forward for any services that they offer.

Mark came out over the weekend as I thought my septic was overflowing and an emergency. He confirmed it wasn't and still pumped it out anyway. I would recommend him anytime. Great person and great service!
