Soares Sanitation & Pumping

I had a great experience with Soares Sanitation & Pumping. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. Amanda in the office was wonderful to speak with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The rest of the office staff were also very kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Dennis, the truck driver, for taking the time to explain everything to me clearly and answer all my questions. It’s not often you come across a company where everyone truly cares about customer service the way they do. You can really tell this is a family-owned business that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Soares Sanitation & Pumping to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional septic services. Ray DesBiens

Soares sanitation did an impeccable job replacing my septic system. The staff was very helpful and explained the process from start to finish. The company handled the entire process which made the process less stressful.

Hired Soares to do a Title 5 inspection. From the start, they were very communicative about the process and associated costs. Brittany arrived with a coworker (whose name I did not get) and they got right to work. She kept me informed throughout the inspection, particularly when an issue arose due to location of the D box under a portion of the edge of my driveway. She offered a solution and the work continued, albeit with a change in strategy. The inspection was successfully completed that day and they came back to remove the pavement that had to be cut out to access the box. They then spread some loam to fill where the pavement was removed so that now it's hard to tell that anything was even done (nothing some grass seed in the spring won't fix, anyway!). I highly recommend Soares Sanitation and think Brittany is a star employee who is deserving of some recognition!

Had a issue with a backed up downstairs toilet this morning. I called when they opened, had us pumped out within the same day no appointment at all that's service my friends! Guy who arrived needs some props as well Dennis was our guy man he had great sense of humor! pleasant experience all in all ! Thanks Soares
