Solange D Kleaner

Solange D Kleaner is a one-woman-led team out of New Bedford — Solange Dongo, per its Better Business Bureau registration — that shows up again and again in reviews as the reason clients stay for years. On Google it holds a 4.9★ average from 44 ratings, and the BBB gives it an A- grade. The company runs a mix of one-time deep cleans and ongoing weekly, biweekly, or monthly plans with no contract, per its own site. A recent review describes an initial deep clean that led straight into booking regular service; another recent one describes a deep clean of a summer cottage that had sat unoccupied for 11 months. Longevity comes up often in the older record — a 2025 review says Solange has cleaned one home for five years, and a 2022 review describes more than three years of service. Reviewers repeatedly note the personal side of the relationship: preemptive scheduling with a confirmation call a few days ahead, communicating any running-late changes, and accommodating specific requests before guests arrive. There is one dissenting review in the record: a 2022 post describes a missed appointment with no call. It names the cleaner as "Solange Ferreira," though the Better Business Bureau lists this business's owner as Solange Dongo — worth keeping in mind, since it may describe a different Solange rather than this one. Solange D Kleaner looks well suited to homeowners who want a cleaner they can settle in with long-term, whether for a recurring plan or a one-off deep clean before a big event or a long-vacant property. It serves Marion and New Bedford, per its own site; confirm your address is in range before booking.
