Its site says Cindy Oldfield founded it in 1990 as a follow-on to her cleaning business and leads it as president, and that it carries WBE (Women Business Enterprise) status alongside Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office and Associated Subcontractors of Massachusetts affiliations. Those are the company's own statements, not something confirmed with a certifying body. The Boston paper trail matches that commercial picture. BuildZoom shows 18 permitted projects, and they read like a demolition subcontractor's log: fire-department cutting-and-burning permits, steel removal, dumpster placements at institutional addresses, almost all between 2010 and 2014. A LinkedIn profile for a company foreman describes the same trade — selective demolition, concrete cutting, crane and heavy-equipment work in hospital and lab conditions. The written customer history is thin and dated.
