The design side is older than the building side - Houzz reviewers writing in 2016 knew the firm as South Coast Architecture, one describing a 48-unit condo project, another a new day-care centre. Some of the praise comes from people who work alongside the company rather than hire it: a contractor handling electrical and site work wrote in April 2025 about clear, timely coordination across several residential projects. Two clients wrote sharply different accounts on the same day in April 2023. One said the design came back without ceiling heights, was told to check for mistakes with a scale ruler, and terminated the contract. The other said the crews were untrained subcontractors and that the owner did not come to the job sites.
