I know some of the reviews speak to longevity. I can't speak to that as I just had the gutters installed. However I wanted to speak to their professionalism. Derreck was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house several times before the gutters even went up consulting me on questions I had. I got estimates from 3 other companies. His seemed the most fair.

Derreck and Eric were a pleasure to work with! I reached out about a month ago for an estimate, and they came the next day. We wanted to update our gutters from the faded gray/blue we had before to black. The leaf guard system they installed is great - it strengthens the gutter and can't be seen from the road (and it's black, so it looks good from above as well. We had to reschedule because of rain on the day we'd initially chosen. Derreck offered a couple of days that fit in our schedule. He also came by to confirm the measurements to order materials two days in advance of the installation. On the day of the installation, the crew arrived on time and worked from 9:30 to 7pm to get the job done. Our house has a dormer and a detached garage so it was a lot to fit in. Our new gutters look beautiful, and the clips and extensions were asked how we asked for them. They didn't leave a trace when the job was done. Finally - and this is not a small point - their quote was by far the best we'd received - we got an estimate from another contractor that was nearly 50% more. We'd absolutely use them again - they are personable and easy to work with.

I hate writing bad reviews, but STAY AWAY from Eric. Seemed nice, had decent (not lowest) price, showed up, installed the gutters last summer. In the fall with our winds, the gutters started buzzing, rattling, creaking, etc. Sometimes all night. It took Eric months to even show up. He did once, and to his credit, on his birthday But what he did didn't help at all. Some nights it was like a two-year old hammering on sheet metal next to the bed. No sleep. Many many many calls over months and months asking for help and never even so much as an answer. Even when I said I had identified the problem. Just ignoring me. I will NEVER use these guys and hope you don't either. They should NOT be in a business that has actual paying customers who expect at least a simple phone call back.

Beware - not to be trusted! Promised months ago to come to correct problem with gutter screens they installed and never showed.
