United SA Construction

United SA Construction is a small Rehoboth outfit built around one job people keep calling Cesar Castro for: roof replacement. His crew also handles siding, gutters and the occasional bigger build — a two-level porch demo and rebuild, a new deck, even cutting a garage door opening into an existing wall — and the pattern that repeats across reviews is fast work with barely a trace left behind: crews described as tidy, on time, and quick to clean up after a shingle job or a gutter repair. The ratings back that up everywhere the company shows up: 5★ from 21 Google reviews, a perfect 5.0 from 7 on Angi, and 4.9 from 61 on Thumbtack (95% five-star). In a 2024 review a customer described Cesar personally coming back to fix a lingering concern after a siding job, and in a 2019 review a homeowner recalled him correctly diagnosing a rotted overhang and finishing the fix in three days. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and its Better Business Bureau file carries an A+ grade with no complaints logged in eight years. One thing worth asking about before booking: Angi's own profile for the company claims "40 years of industry experience" in its About-us text, but the same profile also lists "9 years of experience," and the Better Business Bureau records the corporation's incorporation date as 2017 — the numbers don't line up, so it's worth asking Cesar directly how long he's actually been doing this work. The BBB file is also filed under the name "Oakline," with "United S.A. Construction" listed only as an alternate name, so don't be surprised if paperwork shows a different legal name. For roofing, siding or gutter work around Rehoboth — or a bigger build like a porch or deck — the reviews point to a responsive, small crew that follows through when something needs a second look. Worth confirming exactly how long the company has operated under its current name before signing anything.
