Kyle from South Shore Drain was outstanding. He answered my call on a weekend when I was dealing with a stressful situation and immediately took the time to walk me through what to do. Instead of jumping straight to a service call, he gave honest advice and suggested I have the sewer pumping company double-check their work first — which says a lot about his integrity. When the issue still wasn’t fully resolved, Kyle came out to the house and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with something like this. I now feel confident the issue is truly fixed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone. Hard to find this level of honesty and service these days.

As a new home owner, there’s always a fear of “how bad is this going to be”. Kyle came out quick and was able to unclog the pipe - not easily. Once he was done, he gave me a clear picture of what cause the problem and how to avoid future issues. He also took the time to get a better understanding of the house as a whole and gave me a honest opinion on how to maintain. Add in the fact he loved our over friendly dog and what was a “uh oh” situation couldn’t have turned out better.
