A safety-record site reports one serious OSHA violation against the company, with $400 in total penalties on record. And the one detailed complaint is about stump grinding: a 2023 customer who called the tree removal itself incredible gave two stars over the return visit to grind the stumps, measured against the finish described in his quote. A 2022 reviewer left one star over a crew member who turned up unannounced with an attitude. For pines and oaks close to a house on the South Shore this is a strong call, and the cleanup is what people remember.
