Southern NH Tree and Landscape

Before Southern NH Tree and Landscape got involved, one homeowner's property was so overgrown with trees you couldn't see the house from the road; in a July 2026 review, they said the crew removed nearly 50 trees and transformed the property completely. Keith runs this Merrimack, NH tree company, which BBB records put at 33 years in business, serving Nashua, Amherst, Hollis and the surrounding towns. Cleanup comes up in nearly every review: reviewers repeatedly say that after a job, "you'd never know they were here," whether the work was cutting down a single tree or, in one case, removing eight large pines that had been threatening a barn. One customer said several other tree companies had turned down a job because of how close a set of large pines stood to their house and barn, but Keith came out, assessed it, and took the trees down anyway. Crew members Jim Gagnon and Brenda are named repeatedly alongside Keith, and reviewers consistently mention fair, reasonable pricing and thorough communication throughout a job. The company also moves fast: one reviewer got a same-day evaluation and quote, and another was fit in the next day after a cancellation opened up. In a 2021 review, the crew even cleaned out a customer's pool skimmer and picked up stray rocks on the property, well beyond the scope of the tree work itself. Word of mouth runs deep too, with more than one reviewer saying a neighbor or the home's previous owner recommended the company. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+. For tree removal, pruning, stump grinding or storm-damage cleanup anywhere in southern New Hampshire, this is a well-established, highly consistent crew with dozens of detailed, specific reviews behind it and none of them negative.
