Todds Tree Service is a veteran-owned Manchester, New Hampshire tree company, by its own description, doing removals, trimming, grinding, storm cleanup and debris removal across towns from Hooksett and Bedford to Derry and Merrimack. Google shows 4.9★ from 183 ratings and Angi 4.7★ from 31 ratings. Customers describe big, tight removals done carefully. An August 2026 reviewer had 3 large oak trees taken out with Todd's crane, and a July 2026 customer said the crew dropped limbs in precise spots around a neighbor's fence and a deck, with Todd following up afterward. In a September 2025 review, a nearly 100ft. pine split by lightning near the house was removed after Todd arrived with his crane within 20-30 minutes. A May 2026 customer said the crew walked through how they would safely take down a large tree in a small backyard before starting. A June 2026 reviewer noted that the company donates to have a new tree planted to offset removals. The complaints are older. In an August 2025 1★ review, a customer said two maples were pruned incorrectly and Todd stopped answering emails and texts. In 2023 reviews, customers said the job was not finished unless they paid extra, and a 2020 Angi customer said the crew tore up the lawn and left it after being paid in full.
From the timeliness of the estimate, keeping us apprised of every detail and completing a daunting task, the owner and his crew were outstanding.
They did a fantastic job removing a tree that was dying. The owner was very professional, his team was extremely careful and experienced. They cleaned up after the job and left the area spotless. I would definitely hire them again for other jobs. Very friendly and pricing was very reasonable.
This past summer Todd and his crew trimmed a large tree in my yard. My yard is quite small and tight but they were very careful and did an excellent job. The tree looks great and healthy again. Awesome job with the cleanup also. Thanks
Todd and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get tree work done. I had 3 large oak trees, and needed his crane to get them out. Everything was done safe, professional, and clean. Him and his crew did an excellent job, cleanup was stellar, and am very happy with the work!
I recently did some tree trimming/land clearing on my property and the piles of brush and branches were too much for me to dispose of on my own. Todd's was able to come out, chip it, and take it away within a couple days at a really good price. The onsite guy was polite and courteous. The work was done quickly, safely, and they left the area nice and clean. Highly recommend.
