Recent customers describe an electric panel replaced along with a whole-house surge protector in a house the prior owner had, in one reviewer's words, "micky moused" together; a hot tub wired and a subpanel replaced; and a call where the technician chased a tripping pool-filter breaker and concluded the fault was the pump motor rather than the wiring. In October 2025, a customer whose well-pump breaker kept tripping said the diagnostic pointed at the well but also turned up a separate problem in the breaker box that needed resolving. Scheduling is the consistent bright spot: a September 2025 hot tub hookup where the quote visit and the crew arrived the same day and the work was done in a few hours; a 2022 co-op call answered with an arrival at 9:03 for a 9:05 appointment; full price quotes given before the work starts. For panels, generators, hot tubs and everyday troubleshooting this is a busy shop with a deep, recent review history and an active licence. On anything that changes how the house is wired — a panel separation, a rewire, work behind a service box — get the scope in writing, ask what a second opinion would do to the warranty, and have the finished work inspected.
