Sparkle Cleaning Group

Sparkle Cleaning Group is a Marlborough, MA cleaning company whose website offers automatically scheduled home cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, every other week or monthly, at a reduced recurring rate. In 2026, one Google customer wrote that a deep clean went beyond their expectations and had already booked biweekly cleaning. Another, also in 2026, said the house "has never felt more fresh and clean" after a Deep Clean service and signed up for recurring cleaning services. In 2021, a customer on an every-other-week schedule said they polish furniture, scrub floors and rid the house of dog hair in about an hour and a half. In 2022, an apartment customer said they moved furniture to get behind everything, cleaned the stove, moved the fridge and cleaned the deck. When a family emergency hit in 2024, Igor sent the cleaning crew within hours of the request. In 2025 they power washed a customer's house, which that customer said looked "so much better." A 2022 customer wrote that they arrived one hour late, then 3 hours and 30 minutes late, then 2 hours late, with no calls or texts, before the owner cancelled all of that customer's appointments because of another big cleaning project. In 2023, a scheduled estimate went unattended: no one showed or reached out. A separate 2023 review described a $150-200 quote for a one-bedroom apartment, then a texted $200 price for "move-in deep cleaning" the customer had not asked for; the customer refused service. In 2021, a customer called the cleaning great but scheduling extremely difficult.
