Speedy Appliance Repair of Fairfield

I trusted this business due to the 5 star review and the website which showed a business in Fairfield. I almost booked through them. However, I didn’t feel comfortable giving my CC details over the phone and to pay 140++ for the initial service call instead of paying onsite as I would normally do. I asked where their business was located and it was in a completely different town, not in Fairfield. The other address had no Google map listing. I did some research and found advice to be careful with giving CC payment over phone and avoid paying upfront for service fees especially if you don’t know 100% whether this is a legitimate business or not. I just think what the website says va customer service should match. It didn’t

Our fridge had gone out in a storm and we had kids that were hungry milk to keep cold and the only place they could come to us at the time was speedy appliance repair without them we wouldn't have made it through the storm without our food going bad and losing a lot of money a big thank you the speedy appliance for their quick repairs and fast acting crew

My stove went out this morning and I was able to get estimate over the phone. They came out an hour later and Mark did his thing! He had me back up as running in under 45 mins!! Very professional and efficient.
