Speedy Garage Door Service

A recent Speedy Garage Door customer complained of $400 per spring and another $400 for heavy-duty drums they said they had not requested. The August 2026 Google review also described a six-hour visit. An undated BBB reviewer raised concerns about estimates and installation quality. Other customers described repairs that got their doors working again. In a January 2026 Google review, one customer said Speedy had twice responded quickly to a stuck old garage door and fixed the problem promptly. They called the prices reasonable and described Carl coming out on a snowy Saturday, then spending time showing and discussing the issue. A December 2025 reviewer said James repaired a door that was off track and adjusted its alignment. Speedy says it offers spring and cable repairs, opener repair and installation, new doors, maintenance, remote work and roller repairs. Its website names Springfield, Chicopee, Longmeadow and other western Massachusetts towns, along with nearby Connecticut communities including Enfield and Suffield. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 188200, is active, with Michael Barrasso named as the registry holder. BBB gives the business an A+ grade.
