Spotless Chimney Sweeping & Solutions tears down and rebuilds chimneys: one recent customer had a 27-foot chimney fully torn down and rebuilt, and said no debris was left around at the end of each day. On Google it holds 4.6 stars from 815 ratings. The company's website lists chimney repairs and rebuilds, liner and flue installation, caps and dampers, wood stove and fireplace installations and dryer vent work, and says it has been in business 12 years. Joe and his team did a complete tear down and rebuild for a customer whose chimney had decoupled from the house and had water intrusion from a tree growing out of it. After Matthew's inspection failed one chimney, a team came out three days later, rebuilt it in brick, dropped in the liner and capped it. A Waterford customer said the company took down a chimney more than 30 years old and put up a new brick chimney with a stainless insert in three days. Bevon Benson and his team did a partial rebuild and two liners over two days for one customer, who said they were kept informed along the way and the team cleaned up. Ramhad showed one customer the chimney's problems in pictures. Nathan, called out to quote a chimney cap, found water damage and walked that customer through the photos. A recent 1-star reviewer who described themselves as a former contractor wrote that the company points out everything wrong with a chimney "so they can sell you liners and rebuild" it. A recent 4-star customer praised the crew that rebuilt their chimney but said the sales side "can feel pushy" and urged checking the GreenSky financing and the lifetime warranty's conditions beforehand. A recent customer who booked what the confirmation email called a free estimate said they were then told there was a charge to inspect and quote. A 2026 customer said the company never showed for a crown job they had scheduled, and that a later quote added a full rebuild. In a 2023 review, a customer who asked for two flues to be inspected and cleaned said neither was cleaned and Spotless quoted a complete tear-down and rebuild; a different company later recommended relining both flues and replacing the top two rows of bricks. A 2025 customer had two chimneys rebuilt in two days but said the wood insert installation took six visits, after which the company finished it and gave a discount and a free cleaning. On a Connecticut Reddit thread, a commenter wrote that Spotless "was terrible to work with for a similar job." The Better Business Bureau grades the company A and lists it as accredited, and reports seven complaints. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 207813, is expired on the state registry.

Exceeded expectations! Excellent work. Very informative, worked with me to create the best option for my woodstove. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
I had a partial rebuild and two liners put in over two days. Bevon Benson and team did a great job. They kept me informed along the way, did great work and cleaned up nicely. Bevon also coordinated with me throughout as he came in and out due to my nervous dog. Nice job all around. I'll also be using Spotless Chimney for my annual sweep.
Great job done. Joe and his team were very professional. Diego, Luis answered Adian. Highly recommend.
Matthew was amazing with explaining our Chimney needs to get my family ready for the winter. From the assessment to being transparent regarding the maintenance work, my family is greatly satisfied with the company.
Ramhad was excellent! He explained everything in a very understandable way. He put our overall safety as his first priority and we trusted he was telling us the right things because he *showed* them in pictures. I would recommend Ramhad and Spotless Chimney to everyone.
