First Choice Roofing

Vinny was very responsive, and fair. He is not interested in upselling you and runs a tight crew. They did the roof rip and installation in one day as promised before a storm hit. I had some come back work to do when I redid the siding and he came back with absolutely no questions asked to deal with a meet condition between the trades. I appreciate an owner who will pick up the phone and be there the same or next day. I would definitely recommend First Choice for new roofing, gutters and chimney repointing. It is worth noting Vinny comes from a multigenerational roofing family and has more experience that one could have in a lifetime.

Top tier customer service for both my business Capitol Lunch New Britain and residence. Any issue will be addressed immediately and professionally.

We had roof damage with the July 4th storm this year. I had dozens of roofers stop and accepted estimates from a few. Vinny's price was very good and his communication was even better. The team showed when promised and did an exceptional job with the roofs and gutters. I am exceptionally pleased with the entire process and the people.

As a new homeowner it’s never fun to see when you’re roof is leaking .. a HUGE shout out to Vinny for being the only person to get back to me so quickly and come out and scope it out. He eased my anxiety by explaining everything throughly, offering several options, and had the best prices. His team and him were able to come out quickly to fix/change my roof right before another rainstorm .. thank goodness! Very appreciative for Vinny’s amazing communication, quick process with everything and ease in a stressful situation , forever going to him for all my roofing needs!

Professional and polite and fast. I wish we could give him more stars!
