We hired SPV to fix our electrical problems found by the inspector the potential buyers hired before the sale of our house. We told the electrician to ONLY fix and or change what was on the report and only the report from the inspector. The potential buyers of OUR house ( we still owned the house at the time) called the electrician we hired ( SPV ) and asked him to fix what ever else needed to be fixed or updated other than what was in the inspection report. ( this was a huge problem to us ) We hired this electrician and WE paid for the electrician’s bill. Not the potential buyers. Our electrician was ignoring us and was listening to the potential buyers. The electrician said that the Potential buyers were contacting him by email and phone. At that point, I told the electrician that we own the house and he needed to follow what was on the inspection report. We found the electrician ( owner ) to be untrusting and ignored us when we told him to stop listening to the potential buyers and to follow what needed to be worked on. We had to watch everything he was doing. I had to remind him multiple times to ONLY fix what was on the inspection report. Be aware if you plan to hire SPV to do electrical work in your home especially if you’re selling it. If I was not paying attention to what the electrician ( owner ) was doing, our bill would’ve been larger than it already was. The electrician was willing to do whatever the potential buyer at the time wanted to have done regardless that we were paying for it. Yes, you did do work on my house. The picture of our house is in your profile. Purple house my jeep is in the driveway. You can’t miss it. Now you’re lying on your reviews. That’s not very professional.
Sam was very quick to stop by. He explained what he would do and got the job done. He also found some wiring that wasn't up to par and redid it. Dependable and fast. Would absolutely recommend SPV.
