In a March 2026 Google review, a customer described loam and hydroseeding after trees and stumps had been removed; the crew completed the lawn repair in one day. Customers writing in 2024 described several different outdoor jobs: one homeowner praised a stone walkway around the home, while a business customer praised two leaf cleanups. Another homeowner’s February 2024 review said Jake and his team helped them understand lawn-care needs and costs after buying their house, then brought the lawn back to life. In a February 2023 review, a customer who had struggled to book a fall leaf cleanup said Jake communicated promptly and kept them informed about scheduling before completing the cleanup. Snow clearing has drawn both praise and a detailed complaint. A January 2024 reviewer said St. Laurent cleared 18 inches of snow at a condo association down to blacktop, curb to curb, in less than 24 hours. In December 2025, another association resident complained that snow was pushed toward cars and onto walkways, parking spaces were incompletely cleared, and text notifications arrived too late for residents to move vehicles. That reviewer also described a driver yelling when asked to clear a space and disputed the company’s characterization of conditions after the storm.
