Stanley Painting Group Inc

Stanley Painting Group is a small residential (and some commercial) painting crew based in Scituate, run hands-on by its owner, Stanley. Its record is unusually consistent for a small operation: 44 reviews since 2023, all on Google, and every one five stars. The clearest pattern in that record is how many customers come back and bring others with them. Several reviewers describe using the company for a decade or more across multiple houses — one says they've relied on Stanley for over 15 years across exterior, interior, and cabinetry work; another, a professional builder (Chris Pratt of Pratt Custom Building), recommends him directly by name. That kind of repeat and professional referral business carries real weight in a trade where a bad paint job is hard to hide. What customers describe hiring Stanley for spans full interior repaints (ceilings, woodwork, walls, built-ins), full exteriors, and specialty work like staining a set of wooden garage doors. The recurring specifics are prep and cleanup: reviewers mention floors and furniture covered before work starts, surfaces patched and sanded before paint goes on, and the crew putting everything back in place at the end of each day. A few reviews also mention Stanley advising on color and finish choices as part of the job. Recent activity (8 reviews in the last six months) keeps the same shape as the rest of the record — no complaints on file. Before booking, it's worth asking about scheduling, since a small crew this consistently booked by repeat clients can have a wait; otherwise, this is about as clean a painting-company record as they come.
