Titanium Construction & Design

Titanium Construction & Design is a Marlborough, Massachusetts general contractor operating under the licensed entity Titanium Painting & Renovation Inc since 2019, holding an active Massachusetts home-improvement contractor license (208472) and construction supervisor license (CS-122450). The company, led by Vinny and David, works across a wide radius of Greater Boston towns including Arlington, Belmont, Brookline, Cambridge and Concord, and is a Better Business Bureau accredited business with an A+ grade. The written record - 129 reviews across four platforms going back to 2022 - describes a genuinely broad range of work: full home renovations that bundle siding, roofing, decks, kitchens and basements into one project, alongside smaller jobs like interior and exterior painting, hardwood floor refinishing, and trim carpentry. Reviewers consistently praise the same things regardless of project size: clear communication from Vinny throughout the job, careful protection of floors and furniture while work is underway, and thorough cleanup once it's done. Several homeowners who solicited multiple quotes say Titanium was the most responsive and among the more reasonably priced, and multiple reviewers describe using the company more than once. Recent work - 20 reviews in the past six months, all positive - includes a backyard project completed with David and Vinny, a porch converted into a mudroom, and a full basement renovation with painting and cabinet replacements. Older reviews going back to 2022 describe similarly detailed projects, including full siding and roof replacements, deck builds, and bathroom remodels that folded in mold remediation. One 2024 review is worth knowing about: a homeowner reported that painters on the job were careless with their equipment and left stains on the carpet. It's an isolated complaint against a large and otherwise consistently positive review history, but it's the kind of site-protection issue worth asking about directly before work begins, especially for a job involving painting near carpeted rooms. For homeowners considering Titanium for anything from a single painting job to a full renovation, the track record points to a contractor comfortable managing multi-trade projects with steady communication and tidy job sites, backed by an active license and years of consistent, mostly five-star feedback.
